The five promises that make this squad safe

HerSquad works because every woman on it feels safe, seen, and real. That is a promise we all make to each other. These rules are how we keep it.

The five promises

Be real.

One account. Your real name or the one you go by in life. Your real photos. If we find a fake, the account is banned forever.

Be kind.

Disagreement is fine. Cruelty is not. No harassment, no body shaming, no racism, no casteism, no religion bashing, no slurs, no pile-ons.

Be safe.

Do not share another member's personal information, location, or messages outside HerSquad without her permission. What happens in a chat stays in the chat.

Be honest.

Do not catfish, do not pretend to be someone you are not, do not use HerSquad to promote a business, a brand, or a product you are paid for.

Meet smart.

If you choose to meet a HerSquad friend in real life, meet in a public place, tell someone you trust where you are, and leave the moment you feel unsafe. If something goes wrong, tell us.

What we do not allow

✗Sexual content of any kind. This is a friendship app.
✗Nudity, even partial, in profile photos.
✗Dating or "Looking for a boyfriend" style messaging. HerSquad is women-only, friendship first.
✗Sex work, escort services, or solicitation of any kind.
✗Scams, pyramid schemes, MLM pitches, or "join my business" messages.
✗Content that harms minors, anywhere, ever. Reports here go to the police, not just to our admin team.
✗Sharing another member's photos, messages, or identity outside HerSquad.
✗Threats, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact.

What happens when a report comes in

Every report is reviewed by a human within 24 hours. If we find a break of these rules:

Minor first offence

Warning plus 24-hour cool down.

Serious or repeat

Permanent ban across all accounts tied to that phone, email, or device.

Illegal conduct

Ban plus a report to the appropriate authorities.

You will never be punished for reporting another member in good faith.

If you feel unsafe right now

  • •Use the Block button on any profile or chat to stop all contact immediately.
  • •Use Report to flag content to our team. We check reports in under 24 hours.
  • •Write to vineetgaur19@gmail.com for urgent issues.
  • •If you are in immediate physical danger, call 112 (India emergency) or 1091 (Women Helpline).

We will never

✓Ask for your password.
✓Ask you to pay to unlock matches, verification, or visibility.
✓Share your selfie, phone number, or private messages without a legal reason.
